Team DX3 is a group of experts passionately
committed to improving the lives of kids through Athletic Development and Lifestyle
Performance. DX3 delivers an age and need-appropriate training regimen that is
designed to meet kids where they are and take them where they want to be. DX3

All LoneStar Club team members train with DX3 twice a week from 7:30-8 pm. Working on the court or in the Jungle, DX3 focuses on speed, strength, core, and vertical.
Without in-season training athletes lose a considerable amount of strength and stamina. The goal of any in-season training program should be to maintain the off-season and pre-season gains, making small gains when possible. Through progressive wave loading and unloading athletes are prepared for the rigors of play and practice while mitigating the risk of injury.
As part of the club fees, all club team members have unlimited access to the Jungle during all open hours for additional training throughout the Club season. Don't miss out on the opportunity to up your game!
