POWER Performance Training
POWER Performance Volleyball Training – $310 per 6 week session
12U through 18U / Advanced Experience Only (Skill Level Assessment Required prior to each Session)
Coach to Player Ratio: 1:15
Mondays or Thursdays, 6:00p-8:00p
The mission of PPVT is to develop strategic mechanics and systems. Players will learn specific positions, offensive systems, defensive systems, as well as advanced skill sets. Throughout the six weeks, the training is designed similarly to a team practice in that players are working to elevate their game and become highly competitive players.
Approval for PPVT can be provided to those players participating in Academy II who have demonstrated the appropriate skill level to be promoted.
Coaches Carl and Matt Aquino will begin training advanced athletes in strategic skills and volleyball-specific performance training with the intent to push athletes to the next level in volleyball IQ and court endurance.
Throughout the six weeks, players will receive consistent feedback. Registration Approval is Required! All players must have approval to join POWER Performance prior to registering. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Group Skills Assessment to Qualify for POWER Performance Volleyball Training
If your athlete is interested in participating, but has not attended previously or does not have approval to register, they can attend the group Skills Assessment scheduled prior to each new session. Dates and times listed below.
